STEPS IN CORPORATE LEASE
1. Rent Permission – Lesse or lesser has to take rent permission from Noida Authority and the
expense of this permission will be bare by Owner.
2. Rent Agreement – Now, they have to register the rent agreement in Noida Authority and
expense of this agreement will be bare by both the parties.
HOW THE LOCKING PEROID DIFFER IN CORPORATE LEASE
1. In Case of 9 Year Lease – Minimum locking period will be of 3 years and the increment will be
approx 15 % in every 3 year.
2. In Case of 3 Year Lease – Minimum locking period will be of 1 year and the increment will be
approx 5 % in every year.
Note : Above all conditions are market standards but these are flexible as per market scenario.
